Drop-In House Check (no pets)
$20.00 per visit
Whether you are a winter resident, on an extended vacation, or simply travel frequently, we will gladly check on your home while you are away.
The frequency and content of visits are entirely up to you. We can visit your house once a week to flush toilets, run faucets, pick up newspapers and door hangers, and check the house over; or, we can visit daily to rotate lights, pick up mail and newspapers, put the trash cans and recycling out and collect them, feed fish, water plants, and generally give the house an occupied appearance. It's entirely up to you!
There will be an additional charge of $15.00 if service is required on a major holiday as listed: New Year's Eve (December 31), New Year's Day (January 1), Easter Sunday, Independence Day (July 4), Thanksgiving Day (Thursday), Christmas Eve (December 24), and Christmas Day (December 25).
