Initial Consultation for Pet Sitting and Care

We will set up a "Meet & Greet" appointment to meet with you and your pets, and discuss your pet care requirements.  There is no charge for this appointment, which will last approximately 45 minutes.

At the Meet & Greet, we will go over your new client packet of paperwork, so please make sure you have everything filled out and have read the Policies document.  We will be glad to answer any questions you may have at this time.  You may want to make a list if you find that you have a lot of questions!  We will certainly take the time to address anything that may be of concern for you.  Our insurance restricts us from performing services for you until all documents are completed and signed.

We will pick up the keys at this time as well.  Please make sure you have two (2) copies of your house keys available (we will provide key tags).  One (1) copy will stay with your sitter, and one (1) copy stays on file.  Sometimes clients provide us with a garage door opener or code to gain entry into their homes.  Although we appreciate the ease of entry, we do still require an actual key to the door lock.  In the event there is a power outage, without a key we will not be able to gain entry to your house, and will not be able to care for your pets or evacuate them if necessary.  If you only have one (1) key available for us at the Meet & Greet, we will be happy to have a second copy made at a charge of $5.00.

Now we will meet your pets!  We generally wait until after we are through interviewing each other to be officially introduced to your pets.  This gives the animals time to become accustomed to the smells we inevitably will wear into your home, and to adjust to our presence.  We'll discuss any special needs, likes, fears or dislikes your pets may have, and then we will ask you to walk us through their daily routine and your home, noting the locations of pet food, water bowls, litterboxes, etc.

Initial Consultation for Boarders

We will set up a "Meet & Greet" appointment for your boarding sitter to meet with you and your dogs, and discuss your pet care requirements.  There is no charge for this appointment, which will last approximately 45 minutes.

At the Meet & Greet, we will go over your boarding packet of paperwork, so please make sure you have everything filled out and have read the Policies document and signed the Boarding Agreement.  We will be glad to answer any questions you may have at this time.  You may want to make a list if you find that you have a lot of questions!  We will certainly take the time to address anything that may be of concern for you.  Our insurance restricts us from performing services for you until all documents are completed and signed.

Initial Consultation for Home Concierge Services

We will set up a "Meet & Greet" appointment to meet with you and discuss your home care requirements.  There is no charge for this appointment, which will last approximately 30 minutes.

We will go over your new client information, answer any questions you may have, and then tour your home, going from room to room and discussing each room's needs and requirements.  Now is the time to discuss certain cleaning solutions or methods;  please let us know if you have costly antiques or rugs, or if your floors require special care.  We will make extensive notes of all these things so that we can provide you with the service you desire.
